Your Chef for the night will be our Principle Yvette Farrell who will be using Wild Garlic foraged from her own woodland garden
Starters: Wild Garlic Focaccia with wild garlic pesto and butternut & date hummus
Main: Wild garlic roasted new potatoes with wild garlic stuffed chicken (think Chicken Kiev but more Chicken Dean!) served with wye valley asparagus.
Dessert: Burnt Basque Cheesecake
