Take some time out for yourself, relax, unwind and indulge with our wellbeing and spa options in the Forest of Dean and Wye Valley.
From yoga retreats to spa breaks and forest bathing to floatation, we have plenty of experiences to soothe and calm, regenerate and nourish. But wellbeing can also just be escaping the everyday and getting back to nature. Walking in our ancient forest and wild river valley is good for your mind, body and soul, it can help improve your mood, help you de-stress and improve your wellbeing. We have photowalking experiences and nature walks as well as magical ancient forests to explore at your leisure. Or perhaps a water based activity such as stand-up paddleboarding will be more your cup of tea?
Wellbeing could also include taking a class or indulging in a treat, learning a new skill or trying one of our arts and crafts experiences and activities. Then afterwards enjoy some delicious local food and drink, or maybe an afternoon tea? And don't forget to visit our accommodation with hot tubs and accommodation with swimming pool for that added relaxation on your next getaway...
