Nestled in the heart of the Royal Forest of Dean, the venue is conveniently located only 45 minutes from Bristol, Cheltenham and Gloucester, making it an idyllic location for your wedding day.

Our wedding team will take care of all the finer details that go into creating a relaxed and enjoyable day for you and your guests – from helping you pick the most suitable function room, table layout, and delicious food and drinks, right through to introducing known suppliers for those personal finishing touches.

The hotel has 35 comfortable en-suite bedrooms, several with impressive antique master four-poster beds. For dining, you’ll be spoilt for choice. Relax in the informal Orangery and enjoy a tasty lunch, traditional Afternoon Tea or light supper. Or visit Verderers’, our AA Rosette à la carte restaurant, and indulge in a fine dining experience, under the creative guidance of our Head Chef Gareth Jenkins.
