About Sanctuary Sessions: Qi Gong & Breathwork

Reconnect with yourself through movement & breath facilitated and guided by Andy of Inspiral Flow.

As the days grow shorter and the seasons turn towards winter, nature naturally begins to slow down and retreat inwards.

This autumn and winter, we're inviting you to do the same.

After three wonderful Sanctuary Sessions earlier in the year, we're bringing the sessions back in a new seasonal format — a monthly Tuesday evening gathering for our local community and those living in the surrounding Wye Valley.

Step away from the demands of everyday life and join us for two hours of gentle movement, breathwork, relaxation and reconnection.

Each session combines the gentle flowing movements of Qi Gong with the transformative practice of Soma Breath, creating space to release tension, quieten a busy mind and reconnect with yourself.

Inspired by the Celtic Wheel of the Year, the autumn and winter months offer a natural opportunity to pause, rest and turn our attention inwards. Each Sanctuary Session will provide a little space away from the busyness of everyday life, a chance to breathe, move, reflect and simply be.

For the autumn and winter months, we'll gather indoors at Kingstone Taproom, directly opposite Wye Valley Sculpture Garden on the same land. It's a warm, peaceful space where we can come together as the evenings draw in.  (Parking in the Wye Valley Sculpture Garden car park)

Whether you've joined us before or you're discovering Qi Gong and breathwork for the first time, you're very welcome.
