Mums Go Free This Mothers Day!

Celebrate Mother’s Day with a relaxed family day out at Perrygrove Railway Adventure in the Forest of Dean, where Mums ride free all weekend.

On Saturday 14 and Sunday 15 March, families can climb aboard Perrygrove’s charming steam trains for a scenic journey through beautiful woodland. With unlimited train rides throughout the day, it’s a wonderfully easy way to explore the forest together.

Beyond the railway, there’s plenty for children to enjoy. Woodland adventure play areas, treetop climbing and indoor and covered play spaces mean little explorers can keep playing whatever the weather.

The Perrygrove café will be open throughout the day for drinks, snacks and sweet treats. Visitors can also pick up a Cream Tea in a Box to take away and enjoy around the site — perfect for a simple Mother’s Day treat (subject to availability).

With space for children to roam, steam trains to ride and dogs welcome across the whole site, Perrygrove offers a wonderfully relaxed way to spend Mother’s Day together.

Advance booking is recommended — simply book tickets for the family online and Mum will be admitted free on arrival.
