About Room on the Broom Fun Day at Beechenhurst

Join Forestry England for a day of family fun at Beechenhurst this summer with a special visit from Witch herself!

There will be plenty of Room on the Broom magic to get involved with, with lots of fun, free activities throughout the day, including meet-and-greets with Witch, storytelling, lawn games and arts and crafts.

Can’t make the date? Don’t worry! The Room on the Broom trail is open all year round.

Witch appearance times

Witch will be visiting at 11am, 12 noon, 1.30pm, 2.30pm and 3.30pm.

The 3.30pm session will be a special educational needs (SEN) session, designed to be quieter with less queues. This session will be for pre-booked visitors only, with limited spaces available. To book, please email fodrangers@forestryengland.uk

All other meet-and-greets are on a first come, first served basis and may get busy, so arrive early to avoid missing out. Please note that times may be subject to change.

Event information

The event is free for all to attend (parking charges apply at Beechenhurst). All events will take place on the lawn in front of Beechenhurst Cafe.
