An elegant evening inspired by the heart of France, where classic flavours meet relaxed Forest of Dean hospitality.

Begin with warming French onion soup topped with Gruyère croute, before moving through a delicate starter, followed by a rich, slow-cooked Coq au Vin served with golden Pomme Anna. A playful beetroot and goats’ cheese macaron leads into a perfectly torched crème brûlée with blueberry and lemon shortbread.
