About Meditation in an Ancient Woodland

You are invited to meditate in our ancient woods.
Join us for a guided meditation session in our ancient woods here at Briery Hill Llamas.   
Meditation is proven to reduce stress, lower blood pressure and aid feelings of calm. 
You will spend two hours immersed in our ancient woods where you will connect with nature and your inner calm.
Join us and feel the benefits of meditation in beautiful, tranquil surroundings.
Whether you are a complete beginner or a seasoned meditator this session is for you.
Details:  Wednesday 12th August, 10am until noon, followed by tea/coffee and cake.  
Cost £45 per person, booking essential.
