Late Night Thursday: Flavour Club - Tacos & Tequila

Every Thursday evening, the Pedalabikeaway Café comes alive with the flavours of the world during our popular Flavour Club nights. Each week, our chef Jason creates a fresh street-food-inspired menu based on a different global destination, from comforting Italian classics to vibrant tacos and wood-fired pizzas.

Served from 5:30pm – 8:15pm, Flavour Club is the perfect excuse to spend a relaxing evening in the Forest of Dean. Whether you’ve been out exploring the bike trails, enjoying a woodland walk, or simply fancy a night off cooking, there’s always something delicious waiting for you.

Everything is freshly prepared in our kitchen using quality ingredients, packed with flavour, and often so popular that dishes sell out before the evening ends, so arriving hungry is highly recommended!

This week’s menu brings you the flavours of Mexico, a little spice and a lot of flavour!

Beef Birria Taco
Slow-braised beef, chilli-rich consommé, melted cheese, dipped and griddled tortillas, served with lime, coriander and onion

Baja Fish Taco
Crispy battered fish, fresh lime slaw, chilli crema

Chipotle Cauliflower Taco
Roast cauliflower, chipotle crema, pickled onions, fresh herbs
