Half Day Introductory 4x4 - Learning The Basics

On arrival you’ll meet your instructors who take a friendly step-by-step approach starting with a brief safety chat over a cuppa; then quickly move from the classroom to the site, where walking the course first is an important starting point. An instructor will be in the vehicle at all times.

Our half-day Introductory course covers basic techniques & is intended for occasional off road driving from mild to moderate conditions; the perfect introduction to off-road driving. During this morning session we will progressively increase the challenges enabling you to gain the skills to successfully negotiate these obstacles whilst driving off-road in a standard vehicle.  Wish you could do more?  On the half day, you may have the option to upgrade & complete the full day Advanced.  More fun, more challenges, more obstacles.

Safety At All Times

Many of the obstacles can be unsighted once in the driving seat, therefore for health & safety all drivers must be able to walk unaided around the course.  Suitable footwear & clothing is essential.  The site can be very wet/muddy.

1:1 Introductory

If you prefer a course to yourself, we also offer the introductory as an exclusive half day. You'll have a qualified instructors & a vehicle to yourself.  Or bring a friend, colleague or family member for an exclusive 2:1 half day.  You may discuss upgrading to the Advanced option over lunch (supplied). NB: Not always available.
