Korean BBQ is not just about the food; it's a ritual of togetherness!

The food will be served to the whole table for an interactive experience everyone can enjoy.

From the Fires 

Galbi - Flanken-cut beef short rib or king oyster mushroom (V) 

marinated in nashi pear, ganjang soy sauce & in-house fermented sake rice wine

Samgyeopsal - Grilled belly pork or tofu (V) 

Slow smoked & grilled local GOS marinated in doenjang fermented bean paste & brushed with a sweet, sticky & spicy Korean BBQ sauce

Yangnyeom Tongdak - Korean fried chicken or cauliflower (V) 

Crispy nuggets tossed in a sticky gochujang & honey sauce

all served with banchan side dishes 

Steamed sticky rice

Baechu-kimchi

Jeon, savoury pancakes

sukju maul muchim, sesame beansprouts

Mayak eggs

ssam-mu, pickled radish

Oi muchim, cucumber salad

lettuce leaves

ssamjang dipping paste
