Join us for an intimate tasting evening celebrating exceptional local pork, reared right here in and around the Forest of Dean.

In collaboration with Deb from Plumphill Farm, this evening brings field to fork into sharp, delicious focus. You’ll hear first-hand about life on the farm, the realities of small-scale farming and why provenance truly matters. Alongside our chefs showcasing the depth, flavour and versatility of properly reared pork. Each course in this specially curated tasting menu highlights different cuts and techniques, from refined plates to comforting classics, celebrating the whole animal with skill and creativity.

If you book onto three or more of the Food Tasting Evenings, then 10% discount will be applied at the time of booking. This is for three tickets across three different events. Please let our team know which three you are signing up for upon booking.  Tickets are non refundable but transferable.
