Festive Breads

On festive Christmas breads you will learn how to make and shape delicious Christmas treats such as Mincemeat Chelsea buns, cranberry, walnut and orange soda bread and stollen.

Your tutor will guide you through the steps of making a sweet bread dough and will demonstrate how to form each one in to a Christmas festive bread.

In this demo/hands-on class, each participant will shape, bake and take home a festive bread.

We will provide you with a glass of hot mulled wine to get you in the festive spirit!
