Celebrate the Year of the Horse

We’re celebrating Chinese New Year. Join us for a special menu of Chinese favourites and seasonal dishes to mark the Year of the Horse.

Enjoy the flavours of the East in rural England. Our cosy country pub is full of character, choose a candlelit table for two, family dining with our kids options or bring some friends so you can order and share dishes.

Start by getting stuck in to honey sesame chicken wings, sticky BBQ ribs, delicate veggie wontons, or crispy prawns. Delicious.

Mix local produce with the flavours of the Orient - we're thinking Hereford beef in black bean sauce, Gressingham Duck with Blaisdon Plum sauce. Our special chow mein can be made with chicken & prawns or go vegan with Chinese leaf, capsicum, mushrooms & peanuts.
