2 day canoe trip - Hoarwithy to Symonds Yat

Challenge yourself on this 26mile paddle filled with history and wildlife. With an overnight stop off in Ross-on-Wye.

The 2 day canoe hire trip costs £70 per person.

Operating between April - September due to river conditions.

It is preferable to have only 2 people in the boat when doing 2 days. This ensures that there is enough room for you and all your provisions.

DURATION

This canoe trip can be completed over two days, with an overnight stop off at Ross on Wye.

Day 1 – Hoarwithy to Ross on Wye – 12miles.

Day 2 – Ross on Wye to Symonds Yat – 14miles.

WHATS INCLUDED

The 2 day canoe trip is inclusive of canoe hire, equipment hire, launch fees, landing fees, maps and a safety briefing. We also transport you from our base to the start point.

You will need to arrange your own accommodation at Ross on Wye. So recommendations can be found on our accommodation page. During the warmest months of the year most people tend to camp at the Ross Rowing club. They have large fields located next to the river. Depending on where you arrange to stay, we will advise you where the canoes need to be left overnight. We can provide you with a lock if we deem it necessary.

The car park at our location is pay and display, so this needs to be paid on arrival at one of the ticket machines. £7 per car per day.
