We’ll gather the last of the seasons edibles before chopping & infusing them into delicious treats with medicinal benefits. As well as discovering common wild and garden plants you can forage for health through winter, you’ll learn how to make oxymels, tinctures, syrups and teas including:

Immune boosting elderberry, blackcurrant and elderflower syrup

Throat soothing honeysuckle glycerites

Warming rosehip fire cider.
