The SELF Centre Wellness Weekender - 24-25 October 2026

Celebrate the launch of The SELF Centre’s new dedicated wellbeing space in Lydney at our Wellness Weekender on Saturday 24 and Sunday 25 October 2026.

Join us for a welcoming weekend of wellbeing experiences, including free bookable talks and classes, special £10 sauna sessions (normally £12), and a selection of paid taster treatments and experiences.

Whether you’re curious about sauna and cold-water wellbeing or simply want to discover what’s on offer locally, we’d love to welcome you.

Saturday 24 October: 10am-6pm

Sunday 25 October: 10am-4pm
