Ross Carnival

Ross-on-Wye Town Council revive the Ross Carnival, a well missed event in the town’s calendar which was held on the first Saturday of August every year since 1977 until 2019.

A community parade will pass through the Town Centre, ending at Rope Walk for children's entertainment, live music, a dog show and more!

The dog show will kick off the day, at 11am to 12pm, with 5 classes and judging from Ross’ very own Stanwell’s Pet Styling and The Dog Parlour Dog Grooming, both found on High Street in the Town Centre. You don't need to book in advance as , although early entries are welcome, you can also sign up on the day.

For those with a creative streak, there is a fancy dress competition at 3pm too. Do you think you can take 1st place?
