About the Event

Join us here at Leaf with Sophie Remedy for focussed sessions looking at the practical aspects of cultivation, botany and essentially growing your own natural remedies. We will be inviting you to experience working with the plants. Enjoy tea-tasting and sampling of the various different preparations. We will talk about the benefits of all parts of the plants and the cultivation and growing of the specimen. A complete view of the plant in focus within each session led by professional medical herbalist.

Join us this time for a fresh, deep and inspirational exploration of CHAMOMILE & LEMON BALM as powerful nervous system regulators & digestive tonics and their role in helping with anxiety, depression and somatic trauma-release techniques.

As always we’ll be sampling herbal brews, tinctures, glycerites and oils alongside rich discussion on the medicinal uses of the plants in focus.
