October Evening Wildlife Safari and the Tudor Farmhouse

This is the perfect time of the year to see the autumn colours, fungi and of course, wildlife.

Venture out on this autumn evening safari just before dusk to watch for secretive and shy wildlife as they resurface for the night, with the chance of wild boar, fallow deer, bats and foxes.

We will be looking for signs of these mammals and exploring Cannop Ponds which is alive with waterbirds: mandarin ducks, mute swans, little grebes, kingfishers, dippers and grey wagtails.

This is a great time to be exploring the forest with gentle autumn birdsong, that cosy autumn feeling and a chance for be mindful and relax in the forest this October.
