About Blue Light Card Holders Go Free This Weekend

This weekend, Perrygrove Railway Adventure is saying thank you.

In celebration of International Nurses Day, we're opening our free entry offer to all Blue Light Card holders — NHS, emergency services, armed forces and more. If you hold a Blue Light Card, your entry is free on Saturday 16th and Sunday 17th May. The rest of your group pay the standard price on arrival or in advance online.

Perrygrove is a small, family-run narrow gauge steam railway nestled in the Forest of Dean. A day here means unlimited train rides through beautiful woodland, Twilight Village, Warren Adventure, Foxy Hollow and the Platform Café serving hot drinks, brunch and homemade cake throughout the day. Dogs are welcome too — and every visiting dog gets a free bonio on arrival. There's even special certificates for kids (and doggos) having their First Narrow Gauge Heritage Train Ride!

No need to pre-book your Blue Light Card discount — just bring your card and show it at the ticket office on arrival.

Open Saturday and Sunday, 10am–5pm.
