Rejoov is a modern Contrast Therapy and wellbeing space in Lydney, Forest of Dean, offering a unique experience designed to help you relax, recover and recharge.

Our purpose-built facility features a hybrid infrared sauna and three ice baths, allowing you to experience all the benefits of contrast therapy (alternating between heat and cold exposure). Whether you're looking to support muscle recovery, ease aches and pains, reduce stress, or simply take some time out from a busy day, Rejoov provides a welcoming environment for people of all ages and fitness levels.

No previous experience is needed. Our friendly team is on hand throughout your session to guide you through the process, helping you enjoy the experience safely and at your own pace.

Alongside this, Rejoov is also home to a growing team of independent therapists, making it a destination for health, recovery and wellbeing under one roof.

Conveniently located with free on-site parking, Rejoov is easily accessible for both locals and visitors exploring the Forest of Dean and Wye Valley.
