About Us
Byefield Emporium studio is within the Yard, along with other small Forest of Dean craft businesses. The studio is up a flight of stairs so not suitable for anybody with restricted mobility or very young children. It is light and has a lovely view of the surrounding scenery. Although the studio is open only on Monday and Friday, I can by arrangement, open on other days.
Drybrook has a wealth of local talent and will be featuring, as I will studio 14, in the FarOpen art trail, 2nd to 10th July. The trail is a celebration of local art in exhibitions, workshops and open studios.

I upclycle furniture either to sell or for commission. I am a stockist of Cornish Milk Mineral Paint, a hand crafted water based mineral paint. It is environmentally friendly and has none of the chemical, toxins and solvents found n traditional paints. The range of colours are inspired by the Cornish landscape, where it is made.
I am also an official stockist for Iron Orchid Designs holding a full range of their transfers, moulds, stamps and their recent, copyright pending, Paint Inlays.
I use all of the above products on my upclycling and the wide range of smaller items that are for sale from the studio.

Monthly workshops are held in the studio helping with your reclycling projects or just for a fun couple of hours learning a new skill. There is always cake too!
