A beautiful historic property ideal for holiday lets and short stays.
The Old Chapel is a unique and newly renovated chapel situated in Ellwood in the heart of the Forest Of Dean. The former Methodist Chapel dating from 1875 has been lovingly and thoughtfully restored to a very high Standard – enhancing the charm and character of the original building and retaining original features. Original items have been respectfully restored for use around the property such as the Church organ being used to crate the dinning table, along with the original pews for seating, this maintains the character but with a modern twist.
The property is an ideal hub for mountain bikers wanting to explore the stunning bike trails locally and it also makes the perfect stay for groups and families with older children.
We do not accept small, young children as the nature of the building does not allow us to fit stair safety gates.
